Heritage Properties is proposing a $76 million mixed-use redevelopment of the former District Courthouse site on Hurd Street, bringing more than 200 market-rate apartments and two commercial spaces to Downtown Lowell. Heritage Properties President Jeff Bush said, “The redevelopment of this site is a really important one for that neighborhood,” highlighting the opportunity to transform a long-vacant property and bring new activity to the area.
